Guarantee and service

All Cybex products are warranted to confirm that they are free from factory defects. The warranty is provided for a period of 2 to 24 months, depending on the type of product. The warranty period is indicated in the description of each product on our website. Confirmation of the warranty is the manufacturer's warranty card, or the warranty card "Cybex.kiev.ua".

Where to go for warranty service?

Warranty service is provided by a service center authorized by the manufacturer. The address and telephone number of the service center is indicated in the Guarantee book on page 6.

The right to a free warranty service is given by a warranty card stating:

model;
warranty period;
date of sale of the product.

Please keep it for a lifetime.
The repair period is determined by an authorized service center.

In what cases is the warranty not provided?

A service center may refuse warranty repair if:

the safety of warranty seals has been violated
there are mechanical or other damages resulting from intentional or reckless actions of the buyer or third parties;
violated the terms of use set forth in the operating documents;
an unauthorized opening, repair, or internal communications and product components were changed, design changed.

Warranty does not apply to the following malfunctions:

natural wear or exhaustion of the resource;
accidental damage caused by the customer or damage resulting from neglect or use;
damage due to natural disasters (natural phenomena);
damage caused by improper use of the product or in violation of the operating rules;
