Delivery of children's goods for Kiev is carried out at our expense, by courier on all days from 9:30 to 21:00. We pay for delivery. After your application for goods, the manager will contact you at the phone or e-mail address you specified to confirm the order and specify the date and delivery time convenient for you.

Delivery is carried out on the day of order (for urgent delivery, if the goods are in stock) or from 1 to 5 working days, for some groups of goods the delivery time may increase (if the goods are on order).

delivery at our expense by courier in Kyiv (taxi) applies to goods worth from 11,000 UAH;
delivery at our expense by the carrier Nova Poshta applies to goods worth over 5,000 UAH;
for goods, the cost is up to 5000 UAH, delivery cost: according to the tariffs of the carrier company (depends on the distance of delivery and the dimensions of the goods);
delivery is carried out before the entrance, within 3-5 working days;
if there is an elevator, strollers and other children's goods are lifted into the apartment;
without the use of an elevator (elevator is not broken / no elevator) lift strollers and other children's goods: 20 UAH / floor;
by agreement, the courier can collect the stroller.

дdelivery to the area Vishnevoe, Svyatoshino, Borshchagovka, Zhuliany: 350 UAH;
delivery to the Shevchenko district, Obolon, Petrovka: 400 UAH;

delivery to the outskirts of Kiev (Vyshgorod, Bortnichi, Bucha, etc.): 20 UAH. for 1 km. from the borders of Kiev;
climbing to the floor of the stroller with an elevator: free, no elevator: 20 UAH / floor.

For goods costing from 5000 UAH, delivery at our expense to the warehouse of the carrier company applies. Delivery time 1-5 days - depends on the operating hours of the carrier company. For goods with a parity of up to UAH 5000, delivery is valid for the tariffs of the transferring company.

After sending your order, we will inform you of the transport declaration number. To receive baggage, the buyer must inform the carrier of the declaration number and must have a passport with him. Delivery is paid at the office of the carrier company. If baggage is not received at the destination, it is stored with the carrier. For each day of storage for more than five days (five days of storage for free) a penalty is paid, so it is advisable to take your orders without delay.
